Burst Pipe Repair Backed by Real Local Roots
Frank Reynolds started Sun City Burst Pipe Pros from his base at 9408 W Hidden Valley Cir to handle the specific pipe failures that hit homes in Sun City Core and Lakeview. Working across Maricopa County, he focuses on older housing stock where original plumbing meets the demands of a hot desert climate, with mild winters that still bring enough temperature swings to stress joints and lines near Sun City Golf Courses and Sun City Stadium.
The crew travels regularly into nearby Peoria and Surprise for broken water pipe repair calls, learning how the local soil and irrigation patterns around retirement communities affect excavation and replacement work. Frank keeps operations straightforward with set hours so residents know exactly when they can reach someone who has already worked the same streets.
Every job starts with an upfront look at the property and a clear plan, using the same routes and suppliers Frank has relied on for years in the area rather than bringing in outside crews unfamiliar with Sun City layouts.
I started Sun City Burst Pipe Pros after seeing repeated burst pipe issues in Sun City Core and Lakeview homes, where the hot desert climate and occasional winter dips put stress on older plumbing. Working across Maricopa County near Peoria and Surprise, I handle repairs around Sun City Golf Courses and Sun City Stadium by digging into the actual soil and pipe conditions on site. My operation runs from 9408 W Hidden Valley Cir, Sun City, AZ 85351 with hours Mon–Fri 8am–6pm and Sat 9am–2pm so residents can reach me directly for burst pipe repair or broken water pipe repair.

What Sun City, AZ Customers Say
“A galvanized pipe behind the bathroom wall burst and soaked the vanity cabinet. The crew isolated the line, cut out the corroded section and tied in new copper with proper shutoff valves. The floor dried out overnight and the wall was left ready for patching.”
“High water pressure split a joint under the kitchen sink during the afternoon. They arrived the same day, replaced the fitting and added a pressure regulator to the main. No more drips and the cabinets stayed dry.”
“The outdoor hose bib feed line cracked and flooded the side yard. They located the break with a camera, excavated a narrow trench and installed a new shutoff closer to the house. Grass regrew in two weeks and the meter stopped spinning.”
